Cancellation Policy

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice or if you forgo your scheduled appointment without notice you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. This is done in an attempt to respect both my time and other clients' time who might have been able to fill that spot.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for full payment of the session. This is done in an attempt to respect both my time and other clients' time.
